Ned joined the InteloMed Board of Directors in 2016. Ned serves as Chair of the Advisory Board and Vice President of Strategy for Innovu, LLC, an employer risk analytics company. He is also the co-managing member of an IP development team working to commercialize a bacteria analyzer medical device and a risk-adjustment solution for health insurers, and serves as Principal of Health Spectrum Advisors.

With more than 28 years in managing healthcare organizations, Ned has considerable experience in the areas of strategic planning, health innovation, operational improvement, and financial performance. He has led organizations including acute care hospitals, a national consulting practice, outpatient surgery centers, a durable medical equipment company, a home health and hospice company, and a diagnostic imaging and radiation oncology business.

Ned holds dual masters’ degrees in business administration and public health as well as a bachelors’ degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
