About Us

With insightful clinical understanding from the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and augmented by image-processing technology enhancement from Carnegie Mellon University, InteloMed has developed a strong innovative core of believers.

 

First commercialized as CVInsight® Patient Monitoring, a technology for the vulnerable dialysis population, our customers challenged us to untether our real-time patient monitoring.

Pivoting to this new challenge, we continue to advance the science and delivery possibilities in providing real-time health metrics for actionable diagnosis and treatment. Our focus is to leverage our propriety technology with existing visualization devices.

 

Our goal is to maximize what can happen in the virtual health care setting and, unfortunately, the advent of COVID-19 has urgently reinforced the need to take this next step in TeleHealth.

Dr. Michael Pinsky is a Professor of Critical Care Medicine (primary), Bioengineering, Cardiovascular Diseases, Clinical & Translational Science, and Anesthesiology at the University of Pittsburgh.

 

Juan Carlos Puyana, MD, FRCSC, FACS, FACCP is currently an Associate Professor of Surgery and Critical Care, Trauma Surgeon, Director of Surgical ICU, Director of the Surgical Critical Care Program at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center at Presbyterian Hospital.

 

The late Peter DeOreo, MD, a nationally recognized nephrologist, was the Chief of Medical Affairs and Quality Assurance for the Centers for Dialysis Care and was affiliated with University Hospitals of Cleveland and Case Western Reserve School of Medicine throughout his 37-year career in Cleveland.

 

Dr. Christopher McIntyre is Professor of Medicine, Professor of Medical Biophysics, Professor of Paediatrics and Robert Lindsay Chair of Dialysis Research and Innovation at Western. He also serves as Director of the Lilibeth Caberto Kidney Clinical Research Unit at London Health Sciences Centre, where he is also a practicing Clinical Nephrologist

 

Anne Diroll, RN currently works at Fresenius Kidney Care in Rocklin, CA, as a clinical manager and is a certified nephrology nurse; an anemia manager for 300 patients in four-outpatient clinics, and a research expert and consultant for Human Factors. In 2019 Anne was the first recipient of the NKF Council of Nephrology Nurses and Technicians’ new honor in the name of Carol Mattix.
